Every job is priced individually. Send photos and a short description on WhatsApp; for larger work Eugen visits, measures and sends a written quotation that lists the scope.
It depends on the scope; the timescale is agreed in the written quotation before work starts, and you are kept updated as the job progresses.

Usually a deposit to cover materials and the balance when the work is finished; some larger jobs are paid in stages, agreed in the quotation.
The applications are made by you or your architect; we build to the approved drawings and work alongside your architect and the building inspector.

Our team holds recognised construction training and qualifications and has owner Eugen Stratulat's more than 10 years of construction experience. Relevant qualifications and site cards are confirmed against the requirements of each project.
Yes. We are comfortable working from project drawings and specifications, which makes us a dependable partner for contractors and developers, particularly for dry-lining and commercial work.
Yes. We supply construction labour and workforce support to main contractors, developers and site managers. Workforce availability and qualifications are matched to the requirements of each specific project.
Every project is priced individually. We do not publish fixed prices or packages. We provide a fair, transparent written quotation after reviewing your photographs and details and, where required, carrying out a site visit.
Conversions are subject to Building Regulations and, in some cases, planning requirements and structural assessment. We work with these considerations on every project and advise where specialist input is required. We do not guarantee planning permission or structural approval.
Yes. We carry out refurbishments between tenancies and complete renovation packages for private and portfolio landlords, including kitchens, bathrooms, decoration, flooring and tiling.
